Placing your order:

When should I place my order?

Please place your order when you are ready to ship your needlepoint. Needlepoints must arrive within 3 weeks of ordering or your order will be cancelled.

How do I measure square inches?

Square inches is found by multiplying the longest width in inches x the longest length in inches.

How to complete the Finishing Form?

Add your name and the ship to address to the form, especially if it’s different from your address.  Check off or add your preferences for the finishing of your needlepoint.  Please include any extra details necessary so that we will have a clear idea of the desired finishing details.

What does finisher's choice mean?

Our finisher will select a coordinating fabric/cording to match your needlepoint. Could be a solid or print and fabric type will vary.

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is placed, please use the finishing form link on the listing page to print out the form. Add your information and preferences to the form. Mail the form and your completed needlepoint to the address on the top of the form. Please complete a form for each needlepoint.

** Prior to shipping please review your needlepoint for any missing stitches and ensure enough rows around for finishing. Customers will be responsible for return shipping if needlepoint needs to be returned for additional stitching.

General Information:

What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time varies throughout the year. The closer we get to our August 1st Christmas deadline the longer it will be. Currently it is approximately 4 months.

Is there a Christmas deadline?

Is shipping included?

Orders over $70 ship for free. Orders $69 and below are $7.50 and will be UPS ground saver (delivery in 2-7 business days).  We offer an upgrade of  $15 UPS express option

Can I send in my own fabric?

Yes, you can absolutely send in fabric. If you are unsure of how much will be required please message us. Please indicate on your finishing form if you would like the remnants returned.

Are waste rows necessary?

We recommend stitching 2 extra rows in the same or a coordinating color that you would not mind showing to aid us in finishing.

How will I know if you receive my needlepoint?

We will email you when your needlepoint arrives and update your return shipping date.

How will I know when my order is completed?

We will email you a photo of your finished item(s) and let you know when it will ship and the tracking number.  We aren’t responsible for shipping carrier errors, such as delayed or lost packages.
