4D foam core ornament finishing price includes:

• Stitched ornament determined by the shape of your needlepoint
• Custom shaped foam core 
• 3 color twisted cording around bottom and as the top loop, and a bow.
• Bottom fabric will be in velvet or cotton and based on your preferred color choice.
• 10 characters of embroidery  

ADD ON Extras include:

• Additional 10 characters of embroidery 

WHEN CHOOSING SIZE TO PURCHASE - PLEASE choose the size range that represents the  dimensions of your needlepoint measured by total square inches. Square inches is found by multiplying the largest length by the largest width.

Please fill out 1 finishing form per needlepoint and mail your form and completed needlepoint to the address listed at the top of the form.
