Rectangular bag tag finishing price includes:

• Blocking of needlepoint (if necessary)
• Puffy front and a flat back 
• 3 color twisted cording and a 6" loop
• The back fabric will be in velvet or cotton and is FINISHER'S CHOICE, based on your preferred color choice.
• 10 characters of embroidery  

ADD ON Extras include:

• Additional 10 characters of embroidery 

WHEN CHOOSING SIZE TO PURCHASE - PLEASE choose the size range that represents the  dimensions of your needlepoint measured by total square inches. Square inches is found by multiplying the largest length by the largest width.

Please fill out 1 finishing form per needlepoint and mail your form and completed needlepoint to the address listed at the top of the form
