Above and beyond customer service. This was my first stocking and I asked Stacy so many questions; she was incredibly helpful. I did not made the Christmas deadline by about 6 weeks. I had no expectations to get my stocking back before the holiday and to my surprise, it arrived on my porch the first week in December. The quality is excellent. Just a gorgeous finish. I’m so proud to have this to give to my son and hang on my mantel every year. I’ll be sending all my stockings her way.
